The church entity is organized.

| 1908 | ・Elder Jung Ik No arrives in Japan from Pyongyang and leads the worship service at the Tokyo YMCA attended by Kim Jung Shik, the Director of YMCA, and about 10 student christians. After the worship service, a proposal to build a new church apart from the Tokyo YMCA is made which is accepted unanimously. This outcome is reported to the Presbyterian General Assembly in Korea and the request to dispatch one pastor from Korea to the new church is made simultaneously. Hence, the birth of "Tokyo Church."
